Gosuivi operates in a network and simultaneously.

What about the security of my data?

We take the security of your data very seriously. Your data is stored on our secure servers in Europe and backed up daily.

Is it possible to export my accounting data?

You can export your data from the following fields: customer code, invoice number, currency amount, conversion rate, invoice date, payment date, customer name, amounts excluding and including tax and method of payment.

Should I import my customers one by one if I already have a list?

You don't need it. Simply put your file in CSV format (table, Excel) and follow the instructions. Your list will be imported automatically and you will not have to do any other steps.

Can I use GoSuivi on my smartphone?

GoSuivi is fully responsive, meaning that the display adapts to your tablet or smartphone, so you don't need to be at your desk.

Can I customize my invoices and quotes?

You can change the document template in your customer area. To learn more, check out our demo.

Can I send the support or the invoice by email?

Once your details have been entered in your customer area, you are free to tick or not the box allowing you to send your payment or invoice by email.

How do statutes work?
